Elearning just makes so much sense within a corporate environment. At a high level, corporate business benefits from elearning as it offers significant economies of scale and ultimately a high return on investment in learning and development. Training can be created once, and roll out to thousands of employees. This also ensures all employees receive a consistent message. It’s much more flexible than traditional training. Employees can learn at their own pace and within their own work environment, rather than attending all-day workshops off-site. In this way, elearning promotes accessibility in training. Furthermore, elearning makes it easy to measure and track training across the organisation, at an individual; departmental or regional level.
