Wondering about the difference between life coaching and executive coaching<\/a>?<\/p>\n

Often,\u00a0the same\u00a0methodologies are applied\u00a0in both cases, but\u00a0executive coaching\u00a0serves a much more specific purpose in the context of the workplace.<\/p>\n

In life coaching<\/strong>, the emphasis is on\u00a0the well-being of the individual, one step removed from organisational objectives. In executive coaching<\/strong>, there is the\u00a0added dimension of a business stake intrinsic to the coaching relationship and outcomes:<\/p>\n

“In both cases, the coach facilitates the client\u2019s process, but in executive coaching he also helps the client hold the agenda of the business with explicit recognition of the business systems, organizational culture, image as well as those elements internal to the client such as personal values, developmental level, etc.”\u00b9<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
