Are you interested in becoming an executive coach<\/a> and want to find out\u00a0about the\u00a0types of coaching that exist?<\/p>\n

The term \u201ccoaching\u201d can be used to describe a multitude\u00a0of different mentoring activities – such as sports, business, performance, or leadership. But the way to think about coaching is to separate it into different domains.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Coaching in the personal domain is called life coaching<\/strong>. Here,\u00a0the emphasis is on\u00a0the well-being of the individual, one step removed from organisational objectives.<\/p>\n

In the business domain, executive coaching<\/strong> is applied, where there is the\u00a0added dimension of a business stake intrinsic to the coaching relationship and outcomes. As an executive coach, you’d be an important element in a business’s success.<\/p>\n
