The eight-week University of Cambridge High Impact Leadership<\/a> online short course is designed to help existing and aspirational leaders to develop and enhance key leadership competencies.<\/p>\n

This course aims to provide students from a wide variety of sectors with exposure to new perspectives, knowledge and strategies, enabling them to lead with impact in the rapidly changing modern context.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Using self-reflection and critical thinking practices, students will come to better understand their personal leadership strengths, allowing them to produce positive, sustainable changes in their organisation<\/p>\n

Learning the processes that must be actioned for an optimal sustainability impact, as well as becoming part of a community of like-minded individuals.<\/p>\n
