The most common system to use is plan, do, check, act &#8211; the Deming circle. This starts, for instance with a risk assessment, which is the most important key areas to produce and conduct in the beginning of every safety management system. Plan, identify hazards, do, put measures into place, check that measures are effective and act if something has to be renewed or redone.
