Before, people talked about a VUCA world that is volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous, but now it&#8217;s VUCA on steroids. What I mean by that is the pace of change is increasing \u2013 and increasing at an ever-increasing rate. So that change, that incredible acceleration of pace, is what is added to that VUCA world.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put yourself deep inside the situation as we are experiencing it right now. What does it feel like to be in that world? What do you think others are going through in that world?
