It\u2019s fun to read, and, often, in an anguished, agonised kind of way, it\u2019s fun to do. Man \u2013 or woman, for that matter \u2013 can\u2019t live on bread alone. Creative writing offers pleasure of a many-hued kind. It speaks to our more soulful needs \u2013 our deeper, higher, even nocturnal needs.
