Reporting to the Head of Creative Studios, the Motion Manager is tasked with the effective management of the motion design department and resources. The ultimate goal is to create an industry-leading, engaged workforce that efficiently produces quality output to drive engagement in marketing, increase learning gain in course content and brand awareness.

Education and Experience:
10+ years relevant work experience
5+ years people management experience
Relevant tertiary qualification
Demonstrable mastery, knowledge and understanding of all aspects of motion design and application thereof across marketing, pedagogy and brand
Pedagogical knowledge (previous experience advantageous, if not must up-skill for this role)
