It involves reviewing and editing all brand and marketing collateral for engagement and accessibility, as well as accurate use of grammar, spelling and terminology, in accordance with approved 2U brand and university partner style guides.
Quality assurance: Ability to review a range of content creation tasks to ensure it is well-researched, persuasive, SEO-optimised for use in a variety of content formats and across multiple marketing and media channels.
Attention to detail: Ensure that all content produced by content team is error-free in line with stipulated compliance guidelines and adheres to specific university partner and/or brand style guide.
Self-manage: Ability to manage your own time and complete tasks within deadline, without compromising on quality.
Process driven: Ensuring all tasks follow stipulated workflow process. The proofreader should also identify potential challenges in systems and present solutions.
Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentorship to junior content writers and promote knowledge share within the team.

A formal tertiary qualification in English/Journalism or related fields, backed by 3-5 years of working experience.
