Produce conceptual designs and solutions across for a variety of channels and platforms in keeping with the company and university partners’ visual style guides.
Contribute to innovation within the department.
Collaborate with other departments and creative teams.
Contribute to sharing of design trends and new technologies.
Design distinctive marketing visual style guides for collateral for university partners that speak to the overarching brand marketing style.
Act as a brand ambassador for the company at all times and ensure the brand’s integrity and consistency is always maintained.
Relevant tertiary qualification.
4+ years working experience in a design-related field.
Industry-leading portfolio, showcasing strong relevant work.
Relevant referees in the design industry.
Technical knowledge and computer literacy essential: Adobe CC, Sketch, Invision, a good understanding of HTML and CSS.
Ability to collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers, Copywriters, UX Designers, Motion Designers and Media teams.
Experience working with and producing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, design systems and interactive design.
Strong understanding of content creation for different digital channels.
Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Strong creative, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Ability to accept and drive change in a fast-paced work environment.
Good time management skills.
