Key Role and Responsibilities:
Build, mentor and develop a diverse recruitment team and drive an environment of continuous learning.
Manage and staff through the identification of development opportunities, guidance around recruitment strategy, and ensure effective business partner relationships.
Partner with our leaders to develop current and future hiring plans that accelerate ambitious hiring goals and account for growth.
Identify and design best-in-class recruitment strategies, processes and systems in partnership with other Recruitment Leaders and the VP, Talent Acquisition to ensure a consistent approach to the recruitment lifecycle globally.
Escalate the Recruitiment function to be viewed by leaders as true business partners.
Process and Systems Optimisation
Continually optimise our Applicant Tracking System to create a more efficient and effective hiring process.
Responsible for developing hiring dashboards to effectively communicate insights to hiring managers and senior leaders.
Responsible for oversight of recruitment spend including staffing agencies, external postings, conferences, etc.
Launch initiatives to strengthen the diversity of our talent at all stages of the hiring funnel.
Education and Experience:
10+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment or career placement
5+ years of management experience or leading a team
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience building and rolling out recruiter training and mentoring a team
Experience supporting a fast-paced, high growth organisation
Previous experience using an applicant tracking system required
