The Advertising Operations Coordinator provides support to the Advertising Operations Team relating to the supply, delivery and housing of the creative assets.

This individual must be responsible as the role requires a high-level of attention to detail, outstanding execution and organisational skills. It is important for this person to have a solid work ethic with an understanding on what is needed operationally to deliver against the Marketing Division’s requirements.

This role enables teams through efficient time, task and expectation management, weekly status updates and quality control/assurance and digital asset management.

They will need to learn quickly with an eye for optimisation and the ability to streamline processes when finding efficiencies. Having good judgement and discretion when it comes to problem solving.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

  • Set up of tasks and documents, in the project management software, for team members to deliver digital assets. These relate to Paid Media, Organic and Strategic Partners advertising channels and the progress tracking

  • Quality assurance and uploading of the approved creative assets conforming to naming conventions

  • Documenting invoicing and payments for Partnerships

  • Incident documentation in production and on platform

Education and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of work experience

  • Exposure to marketing systems or management of advertising collateral

  • Diploma relating to administration or similar area would be favourable

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Experience working in operations or another enabling function

  • Having worked with a large number of stakeholders from various functions, Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • A good work ethic and the ability to take initiative and manage to deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful and concise manner

  • Ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment

  • Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change

  • Marketing implementation or project management

  • Ability to effectively summarize and present information

  • Strong problem-solving and a fundamental understanding of business workflows
