We are a fast-growing and high-performing team looking for a Junior Marketing Analyst to join the demand generation side of our marketing department. This is a 2 year rotational position where you will move through various teams in demand generation. Through this rotation you will gain exposure to the various functions and how they fit together to drive the marketing funnel. The teams you will cycle through could include paid media, SEO, marketing operations, marketing strategy, email and/or marketing analytics. At the end of the 2 year period you will motivate for the team you wish to join. Should permanent positions arise in one of the teams during the rotational period, you will be encouraged to apply for them.
Key Role and Responsibilities:
Building and launching paid media campaigns.
Analysing performance and optimisation of campaigns.
Keyword research and motivating for content pieces.
Lead analysis, consumer profiling and targeting strategy.
Education and Experience:
Intermediate skills in Excel.
A keen interest in digital marketing and data.
Adept at problem solving and can balance creativity with analytical skills.
Strong logic, numeracy and analytical skills.
Academic background in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business or degrees with a strong focus on quantitative methods.
