What We’re Looking For:

Our Junior Email Marketer is responsible for the execution of the marketing email and SMS tactics and strategy. This entails sending the right email to the right audience at the right time. The Email Marketing Administrator works closely with the email marketing team to ensure the communication that goes out to prospective customers, maximizes conversions.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Building and scheduling of emails on a daily basis, checking the accuracy of the product data and design elements prior to sending out test emails.
  • Building and scheduling of SMS's on a daily basis, checking the accuracy of the product data.
  • Maintaining the automated emails and email templates, ensuring the design elements and product data are up to date.
  • Doing day-to-day administrative tasks such as planning the email calendar and implementing updates.
  • Creating and maintaining automated triggered communication from the third party software.

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

  • Technical / Marketing Diploma.

  • Attention to detail is non-negotiable.
  • Experience in communication or CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Must be a team-player, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, and a “get-it-done’ attitude.
  • Must be a quick learner.
  • Highly proactive, self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to maintain a fun, casual, professional and productive team atmosphere.
  • Enthusiastic and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change.
