Summary of Job:

As the Sales Product Owner you will be responsible for overseeing administrative components of the sales operations function and for coordinating the communication and documentation of processes to the sales team, as well as working closely with the Sales Operations Manager to plan and execute on key strategic sales projects.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

Project Management

Sales Operations is responsible for many projects related to the enhancement of Salesforce and implementing new systems and reports on behalf of the sales team. As the Sales Product Owner, you will be responsible for providing project management support to the Sales Operations Manager so that these projects are well planned and executed. 


As the Sales Product Owner, you will be responsible for actioning promo code requests, applying sales discounts, and overseeing the sales support requests. You will also own the processes for these activities and will be responsible for refining and improving them. This could eventually also include sales shift planning.

Process Communication 

Communicating process updates and working with the Sales Trainers to ensure that Course Consultants and Contact Liaisons are compliant with Sales Operations processes and SF enhancements. Excellent communications skills are critical.

Sales Support

As the Sales Product Owner, you will responsible for providing hands on support to the sales team. You will need to be proficient in navigating and using the various systems used by the sales team in order to help Course Consultants and Contact Liaisons troubleshoot and problems that arise.  

Education and Experience:

  • 3 years working experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Good with technology
  • Attention to detail and organised
  • Experience working with CRMs advantageous
