The Senior Paid Display Specialist is a highly experienced PPC expert who specialises in managing, analysing and implementing effective optimisation strategies across all Display channels. Eligible candidates should be comfortable owning a portfolio of campaigns, for which he/she is solely responsible, while supervising junior team members.
Key Role and Responsibilities:
Building campaigns in multiple display channels, while driving innovation, testing and proactive optimisation in order to meet business goals.
Analyse campaign performance in terms of targeting, creative, geography, spend and ROI.
Building audiences for remarketing and exclusion purposes.
Create/improve process across the entire team to ensure maximum productivity, learnings and efficiency.
Support juniors through knowledge sharing, upskilling and providing assistance as needed
Work in collaboration with multiple departments to drive maximum ROI.
Report on campaign performance to Head of Display on a monthly and ad hoc basis.
Support the Head of Display in day to day team management.
Education and Experience:
5+ years of experience in digital/paid media
Certified user of Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Marketing Platform
Experience with Google Tag Manager
Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools such as Tableau and Supermetrics.
Proven understanding of omnichannel approach to digital marketing.
A strong understanding of floodlight tracking and experience in audience creation
Strong skills in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Comfortable presenting to large groups.
Social Media and or Search experience a plus
Experience managing or mentoring juniors a plus
Junior Paid Display Executive and or Paid Display Executive when required
