We are looking for a forward-thinking Technical Operations Data Analyst to help drive and lead business intelligence initiatives, mainly focusing on customer and operational analytics. This newly created position will report to the Senior Director, Technical Customer Support and will be responsible for innovating the way we use data to understand and optimize our relationship with our customers and operational processes. Individuals need to be thoughtful and organized problem solvers with the ability to understand business problems and systems, and a drive to roll up their sleeves to build solutions. We are a team of life-long learners, and expect analysts to share in our eagerness to further develop their knowledge and skill-set. Communication to both technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing is critical.
