What past students
think
Monica Ravanello
Intellectual Property Manager, Origin Materials
This course teaches very important strategic negotiations applicable to real life. I feel like I’ve learned a lot. The online experience was very positive with instructors and tutors readily available to help out. My understanding was enhanced considerably and I was provided with useful tools that will allow me to approach everyday business meetings with much more confidence and the ability to quickly understand what is involved to achieve a win-win outcome. I enjoyed meeting the classmates online and have made some friends that I’ll continue to interact with after the course is over. I also greatly appreciated the comments in the graded activities. It was obvious the tutors/support staff took time to read and understand what I was conveying. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to improve their ability to interact with others, whether it be in a business environment or even socially.
