Regarding an HR junior position, what employees are looking for: somebody who understands our labour laws intimately, and can comply with all the legislation in terms of reports and submissions that need to be done monthly, quarterly, annually. So, we’re looking at somebody who understands and can take away all of the administrative burden that Human Resource Management has, and that is a competence well worth developing.
