Introduction

Women are rated more competent in essential leadership capabilities, such as professionalism, collaboration, and critical thinking.1 Numerous studies have shown that companies with women in leadership positions have greater financial gains, better average growth, and enhanced productivity.

Gain the opportunity to critically examine your own identity as a leader and recognise your leadership agency on this online programme. Based on the understanding of leadership as a reflective practice requiring continuous improvement, this programme is structured around three main themes: self-acceptance, self-management, and self-development. Join a community of female professionals from around the globe as you work to realise your potential as a future leader. You’ll explore the skills needed to lead, influence, negotiate, and navigate difficult scenarios in order to challenge the workplace gender biases faced by female leaders.
