Introduction

A recent survey revealed that men are largely more satisfied with their learning and development programmes – 75% compared to 55% of women.1 It also exposed how women report to having far less access to workplace and online development programmes. Globally, there are significant gender-based development gaps, and so, a rising demand for learning inclusivity.

Saïd Business School, University of Oxford offers you the opportunity to take a reflective and critical look at your own leadership style and strengths on the six-week online Oxford Women’s Leadership Development Programme.

By understanding leadership as a reflective practice requiring continuous self-development, this programme is structured around three main themes: self-acceptance, self-management, and self-development.

Through challenging the workplace vulnerabilities that female leaders face, you’ll explore the skills needed to lead, influence, negotiate, and navigate difficult scenarios.
