Introduction

The most successful Sales Managers are those who have not only mastered contemporary best practice in personal selling techniques, but those who are also able to set and lead the implementation of a sound sales strategy, aligned to business objectives. Key to achieving this is having the right mix of sales and leadership skills to do so, such as: how to select forecasting methods, create a sales budget, choose appropriate CRM systems, perform cost analyses, build and lead a sales team; measure and report on performance, and identify pricing strategies.

The UCT Sales Management online course is designed to teach you all of this, giving you a comprehensive and practical skill set in all aspects of modern sales management, leaving you confident in your ability to lead sales within any organization.
