Are you aware of the importance of search engine optimisation (SEO), but not sure how SEO can help your business?

SEO serves businesses by connecting them to users who are looking for something – a particular product, service or piece of information. When your website is SEO-friendly, it can become one of the most authoritative results for a specific search query. In other words, Google and other search engines will put you at the top of their users’ search results. This dovetails into the rest of your digital efforts.

Search engine optimisation helps businesses by connecting users who are looking for a particular product, service, or information. With SEO at the heart of your digital efforts, you are making sure that your website is one of the most authoritative results for a particular search query. Contextually, Google will associate your website with being that authority. This dovetails into the rest of your digital efforts. For example, your PPC campaign. For a landing page, having good SEO copy – titles , descriptions, and a call to action – helps with your quality score. Thus, your cost per click is not as much as it would have been. For social – everyone lands on a particular page, from a social media website. However, they continue to look at your website, helping with brand awareness as well.
