For years, innovation has been coupled with technological advancement to develop new solutions to the challenges of today. However, in such a fast-paced world, businesses need the strategic capacity and outlook to respond to the unforeseen challenges of tomorrow.
The Oxford Innovation Programme approaches this topic as a tool for handling challenges that cannot yet be predicted. Designed by Oxford Saïd’s leading expert in the field, Marc Ventresca, on this course you’ll deconstruct and redefine what innovation means, why it’s essential, and how it can be mobilised within organisations.
With a critical thinking and analytical approach, you’ll explore different ways of navigating innovation and learn how to incorporate it within your organisational design, structure, and culture.
Learn to build systems that can adapt to unpredictable situations, making it a sustainable and routine practice within your organisation.Download course prospectus
