In today's rapidly evolving business environment, strong leadership is essential for success. The Oxford Executive Leadership Programme offers a comprehensive eight-week curriculum designed to help experienced professionals refine and develop their leadership skills, aligning them with their organisation's strategic objectives.
The programme covers critical leadership concepts such as motivation, adaptability, diversity, power, and influence, providing practical insights, tools, and frameworks to lead high-performing teams in dynamic and ever-changing environments. Participants will have the opportunity to critically analyse their leadership approach, gaining a deeper understanding of their strengths and areas for improvement.
Beyond gaining essential skills for the future of work, the programme also allows participants to expand their global network through online collaboration with Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Join a cohort of accomplished professionals and gain valuable insights and perspectives from diverse backgrounds and industries. Participants will also have access to the Oxford Executive Education Elumni LinkedIn group, an alumni group for all open, online, and executive programmes.
The content of this programme also forms part of the six-month online Oxford Strategic Management Executive Programme, designed to help you advance as a business executive.

About the certificate
Enrol in the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme and receive an official certificate of attendance from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
Assessment is continuous and based on a series of practical assignments completed online. In order to be issued with a digital certificate, you’ll need to meet the requirements outlined in the programme handbook. The handbook will be made available to you as soon as you begin the programme.
