This research is the subject of his book, Align: A Leadership Blueprint for Aligning Enterprise Purpose, Strategy and Organisation.
A noted management researcher, advisor and speaker, Jonathan teaches on the Oxford MBA and Executive MBA, as well as on international executive education programmes. His teaching approach makes complex academic concepts easy to understand and impactful by applying them to real-world situations.
