Jonathan is the recognised authority on strategic alignment. He works extensively with executive leadership teams across the globe, and in all sectors, using his research to help transform organisations to be fit for purpose. This research is the subject of his book, Align: A Leadership Blueprint for Aligning Enterprise Purpose, Strategy and Organisation.
A noted management researcher, advisor and speaker, Jonathan teaches on the Oxford MBA and Executive MBA, as well as on international executive education programmes. His unique approach makes complex academic concepts easy to understand and impactful by applying them to real-world situations.
His research has also been published in leading journals, including Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review, and he has provided expert comment for the Financial Times, BBC, Wall Street Journal, CNN and Forbes.
