This leadership program from the UC Davis Graduate School of Management aims to train leaders through an experiential learning process guided by the Situational Leadership Model. This model helps you understand yourself better, so you may lead your team better.
You will receive leadership training that is based around the following three themes: understanding the self as a leader, understanding leadership as a relationship with your team and understanding the environment in which teams are situated.
