There is a global need for better-trained, adaptable leaders and a greater demand for talent development to cultivate leadership qualities in employees.1
This leadership program from the UC Davis Graduate School of Management aims to train leaders through an experiential learning process guided by the Situational Leadership Model. This model helps you understand yourself better, so you may lead your team better.
You will receive leadership training that is based around the following three themes: understanding the self as a leader, understanding leadership as a relationship with your team and understanding the environment in which teams are situated.
Leadership training specifically allows you to understand your own and your team's personality traits and communication styles. This will support you in developing yourself as a leader, while supporting your organization in reaching desired results and managing crisis situations.
By giving you the opportunity to reflect and draw on theoretical material and practical strategies, this leadership development course allows you to define your own situational leadership theory to fit your own particular circumstances.
