Agile is an iterative approach to project management that is defined by the division of tasks into short phases of work, with frequent reassessment and adaptation of plans. It has become increasingly popular in business due to its ability to improve organisational agility and speed to market, enhance project collaboration, and increase responsiveness to change.

This eight-week online short course aims to prepare working professionals to function in Agile business environments, by introducing the core principles and methods of the Agile approach.

You’ll gain practical tools applicable to your role and at the end of the course, be able to develop an Agile Project Management framework for a business including an appropriate implementation method, adaptive plan, and a risk monitoring strategy.
