South African labour law has evolved considerably in recent years, as acts are amended and employment equity becomes more prevalent. Understanding it is imperative to companies and individuals looking to avoid labour disputes.

Knowledge of the legal frameworks in place, relevant labour laws, and dispute resolution is hugely beneficial for employers, legal practitioners, human resource professionals, and business owners alike.
