The most effective leaders possess a distinctive style and approach that sets them apart. The online Women’s Leadership Program: Leading Teams — from the Executive Education team at the Yale School of Management — teaches you how to discover and harness your innate leadership strengths to become a better manager.
This six-week program centers around three crucial elements of effective leadership: decision-making, networks, and everyday leadership scenarios. The course also equips you with practical management tools and strategies, including the Vroom-Yetton-Jago model, to augment your current skill set.
This online program offers live sessions and opportunities to interact with a global community of female leaders, allowing you to explore the future of work from a female perspective. With the guidance of accomplished faculty and thought leaders, you'll develop skills and strategies to blend your current competencies with newly acquired tactics for managing, leading, and influencing teams.
Yale SOM Executive Education offers multiple online, on-campus, and live-online women's leadership programs. This program is a natural continuation of the Women’s Leadership Online Program. Each can be taken independently, as a stand alone program, but they also build on each other to offer a holistic approach to leadership. View all Yale SOM programs here.
