Rising healthcare costs, the growth of aging populations, increasing chronic diseases, and advances in technology and medicine demand that healthcare professionals are equipped to formulate leadership solutions and patient-centered strategies to improve healthcare delivery systems.1 On the Healthcare Management online short course, you’ll have the opportunity to develop the managerial skills necessary for modern healthcare environments.
Over the course of eight weeks, you’ll examine the core leadership principles required to lead and manage people in the healthcare industry, plan strategically, and respond to the changing healthcare environment. With exposure to industry experts, you’ll learn to manage a healthcare workforce, understand healthcare financing, decision-making and problem-solving, in order to improve your organization and the patient experience.

Participants will benefit from the core principles of management and strategy, empowering them as leaders within healthcare delivery organizations.
